- operate the service for resale, public exit-node distribution, or third-party commercial access without permission.
Abuse and security enforcement
We may investigate signals related to abuse, fraud, system integrity, policy violations, or provider complaints. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance.
